TYPE MENU

  • Breakfast

Tea or coffee at will 2 to 4 slices (according to your hunger) of bread with cereals
1 knob of butter or 40 g of unsweetened muesli or 40 g of oat flakes
1 natural yogurt 0% or 1 faisselle 0%
1 to 2 portions of low-fat cheese spread
(or at 11 am in a snack): 2 slices of defatted ham (turkey or pork)
1 egg to cook without mg (shell, hard, fried) or 1 omelette (1 egg 3 white).

  • Lunch

1 C. to c. of fat to distribute for lunch and dinner (seasoning cooking)
1 dessert plate of crudités (200 g)
up to 400 g lean white fish or white meat (pork, veal) or poultry or seafood or up to 200 g fat fish or lean beef. To note These portions are the maximum contribution, it is not obligatory to eat these whole rations
