For whom exactly is the blood group diet?
To all those who are eager to lose weight, while having a healthy diet, and preventive.

The basics of this blood group diet
This diet is owed to the naturopathic doctor Peter J. d'Adamo who establishes a close relationship between blood type and dietary needs. Depending on whether you are in group A, B, AB or O, it establishes 4 different programs:

Group O
Privilege a high protein diet (meat, fish). Grain and dairy products are not recommended. Ex: ban the lenses

Group A
Focus on natural foods (fruits, vegetables, cereals) and avoid meat, dairy products. Ex: ban beans
 
Group B
Favor green vegetables, meat, eggs. This is the only group that allows a wide variety of dairy products. Banish chicken, corn, and peanuts.

The AB Group
focus on Group A and Group B advice. Ban red meats, kidney beans, seeds, corn and wheat.

The most of the blood group diet
Easy diet thanks to the variety of foods with high nutritional value that promotes energy and well being.

The least of the blood group diet
Few liquid or dairy foods and deficits or possible deficiencies.
Absence of clinical studies, with the exception of those of Dr. Peter J. d'Adamo.
