She is not a pop star, model or Hollywood actress. She is a 36-year-old mother of two beautiful kids from New Jersey. She also is a yoga instructor who has been doing yoga for seventeen years. But yoga isn’t just her hobby or job. Yoga is her inspiration and vision of life.

 

 

What is her secret? – Almost every day she posts the photos of herself sitting in mind-blowing yoga poses. And when you see these photos you want to leave all your troubles behind and sit in the lotus position too. Involving her kids in yoga is also a key focus of her incredible success. She says she posts these photos to inspire moms from all over the world living a healthy and happy life. Because yoga is not only a useful way to deal with physical activity, but also an amazing way to create memories and spend time with one another.

In her ‘real life’ Laura Kasperzak has a full-time job at a software company. In spite of practicing yoga for 17 years, she became a certificated yoga instructor just two years ago. Today she teaches yoga classes twice a week.

 

 

Laura is also a co-founder of Two Fit Moms. She and her best friend and fellow yoga admirer Masumi Goldman two years ago created a website and movement dedicated to providing guidance and tips on yoga, nutrition, wellness and healthy living.
